This project required completion in a very tight 42 week timeframe which was achieved.

The development included the construction of a new 4,200 m2 Coles supermarket, a 200 m2 Liquorland and 10 specialty shops including a pharmacy and a newsagent.

The scope of works included a 238 bay car park, service amenities and landscaping.
