Focus was engaged on a design and construct contract by Wallace PM as Project Managers for the Coles Property Group.

The development included a Coles Supermarket including a drive through Click and Collect; Liquorland; Food and Beverage tenancies and associated carparks and landscaping works. 

The works were tendered from 80% consultant documentation with the remaining design to be completed, including Value Engineering options, by Focus.

We were awarded the project in September 21 when the WA construction market was under extreme pressure caused by the pandemic. The building industry was experiencing across the board price increases and labour shortages. It was a volatile and unpredictable period. Despite all of the issues, Focus delivered the project within the original timeframes. 

Coles and Wallace PM were full of praise for our project team whose efforts delivered a high quality result on time in such exceptional circumstances.
