Set in the rapidly growing suburb of Hilbert within the City of Armadale, Sienna Wood Neighbourhood Shopping Centre is a major new retail and community destination designed to meet the everyday needs of the surrounding residential catchment. The project comprises a modern neighbourhood centre and associated carpark, helping shape the evolving character of the local area.

Anchored by a full-line Woolworths supermarket and supported by 15 specialty tenancies, the centre also includes food and beverage uses and a purpose-built Nido Early School childcare facility. Two feature entries, shaded walkways, generous common areas and landscaped outdoor spaces create a welcoming, accessible and family-friendly environment.

Focus identified early opportunities to improve cost and construction efficiency while maintaining the quality and intent of the design. Working collaboratively throughout the process, the team delivered a practical, well-resolved centre that balances commercial performance with community benefit.
