The key challenge of this project was to maintain a fully operational shopping centre during construction. This entailed doing the bulk of the works at night.

The external scope of works comprised an upgrade to Entry 5. The internal scope included removing the mall ceilings, installing new skylights, installing feature metal bulkhead frames and feature screens, upgrading the lighting and mechanical systems and repainting.
