This project was a 4 storey complex comprising 20 contemporary, high quality apartments together with ground floor commercial tenancies and below ground parking.

The review by Focus Building Company of the initial DA approval highlighted a number of design issues requiring modification. This led to Focus taking on a design advisory role to provide a simplified construction solution with cost and time saving benefits.
