Focus Building Company along with architects The Buchan Group were appointed by PEET Ltd and ISPT to design and construct a new swim school for Swim WA in August 2017.

Focus and Buchan had previously completed the $50 Million Lakelands Shopping Centre in Mandurah and the Swim School extends the facilities available at the Centre.

The Swim School features a 25m long concrete pool along with changing facilities in an architect designed building envelope. The air conditioned interior has a vaulted ceiling to maximise the sense of space.
