Kardinya Park Shopping Centre Stage 2 represents a significant $45 million investment within a broader $80 million enhancement program. Focus Building Company delivered the expansion and modernisation of this major suburban centre, including the enlargement of Coles from 2,400m² to 3,800m², a new multi-level car park with 360 undercover bays, and the creation of a new Wellness Precinct at the corner of North Lake Road and South Street.

The redevelopment also introduced a Fresh Food Market, upgraded public realm and access arrangements, and improved connectivity through a new signalised intersection on South Street, enhanced pedestrian access and the relocation of a bus stop. Existing retailers were retained and complemented by new tenancy offerings, helping to transform Kardinya Park into a more accessible, functional and vibrant town centre for the local community.
