The project comprised the construction of a new Coles supermarket, 8 additional specialty tenancies and the refurbishment of the existing Target store.

Other works included the complete upgrade of the existing carparking for the centre, plus a new dedicated carpark for the Coles store, with extensive shade structures.

The project was constructed during Covid with all attendant delays and shortages of labour and materials. We overcame these unprecedented pressures and Coles was still able to open on their original scheduled date.
