This design and construct project comprised a 4,200 sqm Woolworths supermarket in an extensive mall supporting a BWS and 18 speciality tenancies. 

In addition to the base build, we completed substantial Category 1 works to 16 of the tenancies within the overall construction period so that the tenancies were operational when Woolworths commenced trading. 

Externally, the project included a 15,000 sqm carpark to cater for the main centre and for 6 future pad sites. The external landscaping comprised an extensive plaza area with playgrounds and alfresco dining linking the centre to the surrounding streetscape. 

A combination of difficult ground conditions, limited access to the undeveloped site and services to the site not available until near completion of the project presented a range of challenges to be overcome.
